The job holder needs to provide Pre-Sales support of company’s networking and security solutions. To manage and develop existing and new clients, responding to customer requirements whilst achieving revenue &margin targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Pre Sales support for company’s networking and security products and services to customers.
- Support the inside sales team for the networking and security solution offers by the company.
- Promote company’s products and services to Customers.
- Manage a portfolio of Accounts / Clients.
- Develop new Accounts/Clients.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Deliver sales presentations to high-level executives.
- Attend client meetings.
- Prepare proposals.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Lead project management activity.
- Ensure necessary actions are undertaken by the company.
- Attend trainings and achieve Certifications
- Contact customers for receivables
- Attend sales meetings with M.D
- Attend sales meetings with S.M
- Attend receivables meetings with F.C
- Attend installation meetings
- Completive administrative work, as required
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- University degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Three to five years of related Presales or IT consulting experience.
- Experience working with customers, sales personnel and/or customer services.
- Experience in the related industry disciplines and technologies and related application experience.
- Experience resolving more complex technical issues and integration of multiple products to create solutions.
- Strong organizational skills
- Sales expertise in articulating technology solutions and establishing credibility and “trusted advisor” status with customer's technical decision-makers and business stakeholders
- Results oriented
- Excellent oral/written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills (Greek and English)
Reporting
To Sales & Marketing Director, Newcytech.
