We are looking for 2 people for a 6 or 12 month contract for a Government project we are executing. These two people will be located at Government premises in Nicosia and under our supervision.  Daily working hours would be weekdays 8:00am to 4:30pm (with 30minutes break) so 8 hours per day.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing Level1 support to end users via email and phone support. Understanding the issue by asking the necessary questions and registering the issue correctly in our report systems.
  • First level of simple troubleshooting and other related feedback to the end user.
  • Basic configuration changes in our IT systems.

 

Qualifications and Skills

 

  • University degree in Electrical / Electronics / Computer engineering / Computer science.
  • Recent graduates and also general experience of 1 year is required.
  • Familiarity with Networking and Telephony Systems will be considered as an advantage.
  • Cisco CCNA will be considered as an additional advantage.
  • Native Greek language and fluent English language.

 

Remuneration

An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).

Logicom will keep the Fit-For-Work assessment as part of your HR records if your Employment Contract is signed. If the Employment Contract is not signed, the Fit-For-Work assessment will be destroyed upon such confirmation.
