To manage and develop existing and new clients, responding to customer requirements, whilst achieving revenue & margin targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote company’s products and services to customers.
- Develop new accounts/clients.
- Inside Sales leveraging on company’s existing client list
- Acquisition of new customers through TeleSales
- Manage a portfolio of accounts / clients, maintain, and expand relationships with them.
- Deliver sales presentations to high-level executives and clients.
- Prepare proposals with the assistance of a team and respond to customers’ day to day requests.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Be constantly informed of competing offers (product / price) and developments in the IT Industry (taking up certifications where necessary)
- Run an end-to-end account management process including:
- Full Sales Cycle (Identify, Prepare, Sign, Execute)
- Oversee implementation to that we meet the goals, objectives of the project
- Oversee post implementation issues
- Handle administrative work as required.
- Attend Receivables meetings with F.C.
- Contact customers for receivables.
- Attend trainings and achieve certifications.
- Attend Sales meetings with Sales Manager & Sales and Marketing Director
Qualifications and Skills
- Relevant University degree.
- At least 3 Years of experience in Sales in an IT integrator company or Telco, building and promoting IT solutions.
- Manage Sales vs Targets
- Excellent communication skills, with great attention to detail.
- A good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Successfully communicate with Senior Management and Vendors.
- A self-driven and a highly motivated individual, able to accelerate Sales and sustain yearly growth of business
- Fluency in English verbal and written.
