The job holder will create visual concepts, by hand or using computer software and in essence will develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, corporate reports and other related projects. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for driving the in-country alignment and execution of key marketing programs.
Job Responsibilities
- Conceptualizes and produces brand assets that meet target audience needs and marketing and product objectives.
- Develops creative visuals in line with the company’s corporate identity.
- Creates email campaigns and corporate communications.
- Handles artwork for online marketing and social media content.
- Prepares artwork for exhibitions and displays.
- Designs, layouts, typesets and corrects materials, including the coordination of final printed products, to ensure accuracy and overall quality of materials.
- Develops promotional and marketing materials, ads for newspapers, business and departmental forms and other stationery as requested. Prepares catalogue layouts.
- Performs other graphic design work, or department support as requested, to meet the needs of the Group.
- Assists with photo editing, including color corrections, photo scanning and cropping.
- Contributes creativity, foresight and good design judgment to the development process.
- Ensure execution of the distribution marketing plan for each quarter & year (local and central level) together with the Marketing Manager.
- Make sure strategic channel partner programs are executed by local teams, including but not limited to, customer shows/events and reward/incentive programs; responsible for all sell through programs and channel marketing promotions for assigned product lines.
- Internal Communication with the teams (Promotions updates, trainings, newsletters etc.).
- Ensure Logicom’s and vendor branding guidelines are met.
- Coordinate with vendors and local teams to ensure plans are aligned with their strategies and Logicom’s and manage performance.
- Own the budget, ensure activities are executed as per the vendors’ guidelines and then either claim or oversee claims and make sure no funds are left on the table.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or Multimedia or other related field.
- Proven digital marketing skills.
- 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital marketing. (Experience in marketing within the IT Distribution/Services will be an advantage).
- Demonstrable graphic design and digital marketing skills with a strong portfolio.
- A high level of Greek and English language proficiency.
- Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality.
- Up-to-date knowledge of leading software and technologies related to the work of a Graphic Designer (such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Dreamweaver, 3DS Max, Flash, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and other Web languages and the ability to learn new programs as needed.
- Highly proficient in all design aspects.
- The capacity to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of brands.
- Ability to implement comprehensive marketing goals, strategies, and plans.
- Proven ability to manage or be part of simultaneous projects to successful completion under tight deadlines.
- Comprehensive knowledge of marketing principles, concepts, and methodologies.
- Attention to detail.
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic
- Strong organizational skills.
