The successful incumbent will be responsible for the production of relevant content for websites, blogs, articles, white papers, product descriptions, and social media platforms of the Group.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Research industry-related topics relating to Information Technology Solutions and Services and for the industries of focus.
- Write content that can be used in our digital channels including the website and social media.
- Prepare appropriately structured write-ups for Content Management System (CMS) and populate the write-ups.
- Update website content as needed and in line with the agreed time plan.
- Work with technology specialists like the Web administrator / developer to blend new content with new User Experience and to continuously update the website.
- On top of own writing, coordinate the write-up of other editors and review content for completeness and preparedness.
- Prepare marketing write-ups to promotion solutions and services.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.
- Write content in a way that helps increase Search Engine Response pages, in line with company’s guidelines for ranking target continuous improvement. Follow the search engine quality content guidelines.
- Promote content on company’s social media channels.
- Ensure consistency for all content in line with company’s branding and marketing guidelines.
- Engage professionally with social media and be continuously active.
- Ensure compliance with law including copyright and data protection (e.g. copyright & GDPR).
Qualifications and Skills
- BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter or similar role for at least three years.
- Portfolio of published articles to be demonstrated during interview process and participate in test write-ups.
- Familiarity with writing and editing technology articles is a strong advantage.
- Experience doing research using multiple sources.
- Familiarity with Web Content Management Systems.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
- BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications or related field.
Position is intended to be on a part-time basis.
