We are currently looking for a Cloud Technical Specialist at our operations in Egypt who will be responsible for Cloud Solutions Design, Planning, and Implementation where required, as part of Pre-Sales activities to support the Sales objectives.

 

Job Duties / Responsibilities

  • Leadership in Cloud Solutions Design, Planning, Implementation, Migration and Support.
  • Self-sufficiency in leading pre-sales activities aiming to close sales opportunities.
  • Self-sufficiency in identifying, maturing and Cloud closing sales opportunities.
  • Design Cloud-based solutions either hybrid or public.
  • Implementation planning and delivery for Proof Of Concepts (POC), Migration Services & Deployment Services.
  • Training planning and delivery.
  • Support Cloud resellers in select bids.
  • Presentation of Cloud Solutions in small-dedicated workshops and in larger audiences.
  • Understand and challenge business requirements and design attractive solutions based on the agility and elasticity of the cloud.
  • Design of Cloud offerings including services, support, training (classroom, roundtables, webinars). Detail definition of Solution Components, Scope of Work, Deliverables, Effort Sizing and Pricing.
  • Managing assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
  • Achieving reliable, timely and high-quality design and deployment work.
  • Author of design and configuration documents.
  • Provide support remotely or on-site in a number of countries in the region.
  • Able to travel to other countries for short assignments.
  • Any other duties as assigned by management.

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • University Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field.
  • ≥ 2 years of hands-on experience as a Cloud Consultant with pre-sales and implementation experience.
  • ≥ 5 years of solution design and/or hands-on implementation experience as a Systems Engineer.
  • Certifications for Azure Adminstrator, Azure Solution Architect, and Azure Security, Azure for SAP Workloads. If no certifications are available, then commitment to acquire in short time.
  • Wide expertise of ICT field and systems, storage, virtualization, and/or security.
  • Fluency in English.

 

The successful Pre-Sales Cloud Technical Specialist will be given the title of Cloud Architect title depending on Cloud vendor certification achievement and overall IT infrastructure/applications experience.

 

 

Remuneration

An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate according to qualifications and experience.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer. Other elements include but are not limited of, verification of the educational certifications, the references, and the work permits (if applicable).

Logicom will keep the Fit-For-Work assessment as part of your HR records if your Employment Contract is signed. If the Employment Contract is not signed, the Fit-For-Work assessment will be destroyed upon such confirmation.

We process the above data as part of the preparation to enter into a legal agreement.
