As a Senior Enterprise Presales Engineer, you will provide support to clients and to our team as the part of the sales process by designing and delivering solutions, proof of concept demonstrations, and consulting sales team on technical aspects of the opportunities. Acting as a Technical Lead you will ensure smooth integration between clients and Logicom by successfully coordinating all technical teams involved (both internal and external).

 

Presales Responsibilities

  • Manage and ensure co-ordination and communication between sales, technical support, and engineering teams while working on customer projects and issues
  • Develop the company offer bringing expertise on products and technical solutions in order to optimize deals and sales according to actual and potential customers’ needs
  • Perform presales technical evaluation of the customer's systems and infrastructure in close collaboration with sales representative
  • Maintain and develop high-level prospect and customer relationships in order to retain existing business and develop new opportunities
  • Perform software product installation, configuration, and maintenance for the customers
  • Participate in, and, eventually, lead, PoCs and implementation projects
  • Maintain an advanced business and technical understanding of NetApp , Dell EMC and HP products.
  • Provide enablement training as needed to partners and end customers
  • Create design and configurations using Vendor tools

 

Experience

 

  • Pre-sales or consulting Server & Storage experience
  • Server & Storage Design & Planning experience
  • Experience in designing storage technology and integrating various cloud storage options.
  • Experience in Capacity planning and perform analysis of current landscape of Storage workloads and Storage pools. Defining target/Future state of storage landscape

PRE-EMPLOYMENT CANDIDATE PRIVACY NOTICE FOR MEDICAL ASSESSMENT BEFORE HIRING

You agree that subject to the completion of the recruitment process and provided that you receive a conditional offer for employment, you will go through a Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor. The Doctor defines the medical tests needed and performs the examination. You will need to sign a Data Privacy consent with the Company Doctor. The Company Doctor will provide a Fit-For-Work assessment with possible comments to the Company. This assessment will be one of the elements taken into consideration for providing a final offer.
