The jobholder will handle the product management functions related to the brand’s product lines and will be managing the Cisco Team in Greece.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage & own the planning & execution of the Vendor’s strategies & objectives.
- Manage & own the overall revenue and GP budgets of the brand.
- Ensure both the internal & Vendor’s Channel reach objectives are consistently met.
- Manage the overall Inventory, Including the profile, Weeks of Stocks (WoS), ageing & other assigned related metrics.
- Oversee the trade receivables KPI & ensure the company’s best interest is prioritized at all times.
- Oversee the execution of the Vendor’s channel development & demand generation plan and strategy.
- Maintain & Oversee the relationship with the key strategic Partners.
- Drive & Oversee the periodic (weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly) planning session with the relevant Vendor’s stakeholders.
- Oversee the planning & execution of the marketing plans & strategies.
- Ensure both internal & the Vendor’s Compliance & Governance policies and guidelines are adhered to at all times.
- Plan & Aim to maintain a leading market share position within the respective distribution landscape.
- Ensure the Company/Team meets the technical qualifications (including all applicable certificates) set by the Vendor, as & when applicable.
- Deliver periodic reporting on the brands’ performance both internally and to vendors as and when requested.
- Maintain an optimal strategic relationship with the Vendor’s Key stakeholders at all times.
- Design the annual sales plan for the division in cooperation with the respective Manager.
- Maintain full ownership of the pipeline & ensure it is validated and up to date at all times.
- Review and evaluate the performance of the team based on set KPIs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a computer related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in product management.
- Experience presenting to audiences, Webinars, trainings, customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.
- Basic understanding of product lifecycle management, demand and supply planning.
- Inventory management skills.
- Good understanding of distribution business standards with hands on knowledge of managing WOS, calculating inventory turns etc.
- Planning skills.
- Leadership skills coupled with presentation skills and negotiation tactics.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
