The jobholder defines the company’s sales strategy for HPE and assists the teams to source and close new sales opportunities. Strategically evaluates the market requirements and clearly articulates Logicom’s value proposition and competitive advantage between internal teams and partners.
We are looking for a strong sales individual, able to expand our product offering by identifying opportunities, shaping business offerings and communicating the product offers in a constant, unified manner.
- Duties and Responsibilities
Own the overall revenue and GP number of the unit. Distribute and split the monthly / yearly target to the team.
- Design the annual sales plan for his division in cooperation with the Value Business Director.
- Provide effective management to organization’s business activities that have to do with its strategic and financial growth.
- Build effective relationship with the vendor so as to maintain good revenue increase for the organization.
- Perform efficient finance management.
- Ensure harmonious environment for working.
- Responsible for training and mentoring staff; motivating them all for effective performance for the general growth of the company.
- Set up the business unit’s strategies for promotional activities.
- Analyze and explore market trends; identifying new opportunities in assigned region.
- Coordinate with other teams like the marketing team in order to develop plans for launching of new products, and then its implementation.
- Develop and communicate the expectation levels and vision of the company to members of unit that is relevant to the company’s corporate vision and goals.
- Coordinate with other heads of departments, integrating objectives and ideas for organizational growth.
- Allocate resources to various centres and regions; all aimed at producing results.
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, such as processing information files and other paperwork.
- Managing the pipeline in weekly basis to submit solid forecast to the management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Business from an accredited university.
- Over 5 years of sales management experience with a proven record of accomplishment in a technology solutions and services/distribution environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with great attention to detail.
- Ability to successfully interface with senior management and vendors.
- Must be self-directed and a highly motivated individual, able to accelerate sales.

To Director of Value Business Logicom KSA.
