Our Recruitment Team reviews and shortlists all applications based on established criteria. Qualified candidates are notified about the next steps, starting with a screening interview. Unqualified applications are retained in our database for up to 6 months, unless otherwise required.
Interviews are conducted either in person or online by the Hiring Team, and focus on applicants’ experience, skills, work history, and availability. Additional interviews with management, staff, executives or other members of the organization may be arranged if necessary, also in person or online.
The Hiring Team evaluates all candidates based on their interview performance and other relevant information. The most suitable candidate is then identified and confirmed. The job offer is communicated to the successful candidate including all Terms and Conditions of Employment.
All pre-employment documentation is gathered, and all required processes are coordinated by the HR. A Fit-For-Work assessment by the Company’s Doctor may be required, whereas applicable, before signing the Employment Contract.
